Exhibition Opportunities!

Gathered here are today's chances to get your art on display!



17THAnnual All-Media Juried Exhibition
Exhibit Dates: June 17th-July 17th 

 Who: artists 18 years and older
 What: 2D (no bigger than 6'x6', 30lbs) and 3D (no more than 100lbs) that is original and complete. No installation art is accepted due to space limitations.
 Where and When: All entries must be HAND DELIVERED to 5565 Upham Place in Marbury, MD 20658 on either Sunday, June 5th from 11:00am-2:00pm or Monday, June 6th from 11:00am-2:00pm. 

 Other info: Artist and instructor Judy Stone is this year's juror. All entries must be for sale, with a 30% commission taken by MCAC. Proper hanging and display materials must be included with entry. No sawtooth hooks will be accepted. $30 entry fee for members, $40 for non-members. 2011 Call for Entries
Festival Date: October 2nd
 Who: artists from the mid-Atlantic region (DE, PA, NJ, VA, DC, MD, WV)
 What: all media
 Where and when: A disk with 10 digital images of the work and a resume must be submitted to MPAartfest, McLean Project for the Arts, 1234 Ingleside Avenue, McLean, VA 22101. No emails are accepted. All entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2011. 

 Other info: Artists retain 100% of all sales. Entry fee is $30 and if accepted, a $300 participation fee is required before a tent is reserved. Visit MPA's artfest website for official entry form and more details. 



Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival 2011 call for entries
Festival Date: September 10, 2011

 Who: artists over 18 years old
 What: Basketry, Clay, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Painting, Photography, Wood, and Other
 Where and When: Five images of the work must be uploaded to the festival's online application form by May 1rst. 

 Other info: Application fee is $25. If accepted, artist must be present at his or her booth during the show. No stand-ins are permitted. Booth fees vary by size and location. Visit the website to learn more.
